Won't this just look like AI slop?

Only if the creative director is asleep at the wheel. AI-native doesn't mean AI-obvious. The tools generate the assets; taste decides which ones ship. You'll see the same quality bar as a traditional studio, just at 10x the speed.

Do you handle the media buying too?

No. We make the creative. Your media buyer (in-house or agency) runs it. We work closely with whoever's on the ad account to feed them what they actually need, in the spec they need it.
